You should try The Ritz Restaurant ( Steakhouse at Newport Beach). They have a really good Roast Duck , Rack of Lamb, Osso Buco. It is kinda of expensive. but it is a vey nice place and you should make a reservation.
Or The Cannery. They provide Japanese menu ( steaks, sushi, teriyaki, salad, chops). Taste really delicious and you should try it.
I like Dukes on PCH in Huntington Beach because you can see the ocean...Restaurants!?
If you are looking a good restaurant in Asia, go to the Philippines, Just recently, I heard it was proclaimed as the best dining place in Asia.
