There are many great breakfast restaurants in Ottawa. The Wellington Diner being particularly good, especially before 11:00 on a weekday. Most, if not all, will do a take out order for you. Nobody delivers breakfast, most breakfast foods do not travel well, in the summer the butter on the toast can get rancid, toast gets soggy, and eggs that sit more than 10 minutes are not really goodAre there any restaurants in Ottawa that deliver breakfast?
No, I could not find one. You call call ahead and have it delivered by taxi.
I know of pizza places delivery breakfast pizza, you should research that one.
