Do you think restaurants should be able to ask a customer to leave due to loud slurping?

I know that etiquette is something that is usually not enforced. But if they're bothering other patrons? Restaurants could ask people to leave due to unruly behaviors. Why not the general lack of manners?Do you think restaurants should be able to ask a customer to leave due to loud slurping?
A restaurant can not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, or natural origin or arbitrary condition. I think it would be difficult to prove that enforcing certain manners was not discriminatory in an arbitrary way.Do you think restaurants should be able to ask a customer to leave due to loud slurping?
