What do restaurants normally use to grill their food?

What kind of equipment do restaurants normally use to grill their food?

I'm talking about food like grilled chicken teriyaki, korean bbq chicken/beef, and etc..

I'm not sure what they use to grill, but they taste decent

Also, what are my options at home if I want to replicate their delicious flavors? What do restaurants normally use to grill their food?
an iron griddle, the style of cooking is called teppanyaki

Many use a gas grill. It's the exact same thing you would use at home, most call it a bbq :P To achieve the taste you're talking about... well sometimes the meat is marinated, also when you're grilling chicken you spray or brush a little olive or sunflower oil on it to keep it moist and flavourful!

Check out some online recipes or watch the cooking channel. Excellent for learning how to cook. What do restaurants normally use to grill their food?
If your speaking about the equipment, most use a gas grill similar to what you have in your backyard, or if your speaking about the spice, the major one used for the dishes you asked about would be soy sauce.
griller, brush for putting some sauce to the grilled food, tongs for holding, a fan for increasing the fire on the grill. The chicken meat should be marinated first then apply necessary ingredients for it
They use gas grills with an open flame but I think the "taste" you are talking about comes more from the oil they use. Try using sesame oil, this is what gives most Asian dishes that distinct flavor.
A grill? Many use something which is basically a thick metal sheet heated from underneath. Easier to clean. They put the oil on the food and not on the pan/grill/metal sheet.
