How come the food are quickly served when dinning in a chinese restaurants?

But dinning in some italian, filipino or other european restaurants the food service are bit slower compared to chinese restaurants?

How come the food are quickly served when dinning in a chinese restaurants?
I think its the way chinese food are prepared. Almost all dishes in the menu are thrown into a Wok and stir-fried in hight heat..
Pre-cooked ingredients
Because all the ingredients are chopped etc. ready to go and when you order, they just throw all the ingredients into the wok and stir fry quickly. I don't think they are precooked, but the meat etc. is cut very thinly and all other ingredients peeled/cut up and so on ready for cooking.
not all chinese foods are quickly served, may be a chinese noodles, you have mentioned
so that you don't have to wait for a long time for your food. fast service will always mean satisfied customers. it's a business tactic.



and it may also have to do with culture. the chinese are, of course, different from the italians and other european peoples. filipinos are influenced by westerners and their culture.
