The biggest downside to working in restaurants is that you will work when everyone else if on vacation. Even Thanksgiving and July 4th and sometimes Christmas if you work at a hotel restaurant. So you have to be prepared to work on any one of the 365 days.



You will actually work 5 days a week; same as most workers.
