Yes, KFC is one of the worst. The company refuses to improve its animal welfare standards, and many of the people on its own animal welfare advisory board have quit in disgust.
Wendy's is also bad... many years ago the company promised animal protection groups that it would improve, but hasn't made one single change.

To be honest i dont think that any of these fast food resteraunts cares about the welfare of the animals. To them its just about money. They wont spend a penny more than they have to ,to keep these animals alive.
I have heard that KFC is one of the worst for animal cruelty.I know they have lots of articles in the news about it and on youtube there are alot of videos of what is happening. Personally i prefer to remain ignorant to this as i cant stand to watch these videos i find them too upseting.After KFC then i would think that macdonalds is pretty bad for animal cruelty too.

Fast food restaurants are buying mass produced, inexpensive meat products. None of them are auditing for humane farming practices.
Unless the restaurant specifically says it uses only humane meats, assume it doesn't. If it does, expect to pay at least double the price.
"fast food restaurants" and "welfare of animals" do not belong in the same sentence together, unless they're seperated by the phrase "don't give a crap about"......
All fast food support animal cruelty. If they are fast food, and they serve meat, especially cheap meat...than there is no way that they are "animal friendly"
I'm guessing they ALL participate in animal cruelty, as I'm sure they don't have consciences about where they buy their ingredients and meat.
I'm sorry but fast food and social responsibility don't go together. Otherwise those places wold stop killing us slowly.

You have to check where they get their meat and if the meat companies have any violations.

I can see your feelings about animal cruelty, the worse isn't the restaurants meat suppliers, sure the animals live in very crowded living spaces, but lets get real here about what animal cruelty really is, most butchering companies at least in the USA, have very high standards and laws they have to run there businesses by or be out out of business real fast, plus hit with hefty fines!
But I have seen real animal cruelty by the Mong and Guyana people who live in the USA! If you would see how they butcher up there live animals, your stomach would turn inside out! And I'm sure there are many other foreign cultures living here that do the same kind of butchering acts in there garages and back yards and basements!
First the foreigners don't just kill the animals to butcher them! They send them through the torture of death! BLEED TO DEATH! The worse cruelty possible to any animal or a human as far as that goes! It's a very slow death! You only need to see it be done once and it will stay in your mind the rest of your life!
They take there goats, sheep, beef and all there other 4 legged and 2 legged animals that there going to butch up! They catch them, tie there legs together! then hold them down and slit there throats and hold them down until they Bleed to death, while collecting the blood into a bowl for use in there weird cooking habits!
The first time I saw it down, I wanted to slit there throats! I am an animal lover and have always been one! So for me to see such animal cruelty, was about the worse thing I have ever witnessed and I told them what I felt about there savage ways towards animals and told them to move back to there heartless country where they belong! What ever animals there going to butcher, the animals all suffer dieing the same way! A very slow death by getting there throats slit open to Bleed to death!
At least American meat suppliers know what a gun is! Or know how to perform quick non suffering quick deaths to the animals that will be butchered! But like I said, sure there are some meat suppliers that at time try to cut time on butchering time and the whole process, but if there ever caught, they will be slapped with huge fines and maybe even put out of business, if caught not following laws and regulations they must follow and honor to stay in business!
So to all you people that hate animal cruelty, maybe you all should get a huge group put together and get laws passed so the foreign people livng in the USA can't do the biggest most heartless cruelty, by letting there animals there going to butcher up, bleed to death first! That would be the biggest animal cruelty stopper in the USA today! Plus it would show the foreigners that there cruel old home country ways aren't tolerated here in the USA and that if they want to live here amongst us, then they better act civilized, instead of savage animal butchers!
Now that would be the best fight against animal cruelty! Seeing there's about 3.5 million mongs living in the USA!
