What are the three best restaurants in Seattle?

What are the three best restaurants in Seattle? I'm working on a new site and I need some non biased reviews. If anybody wants to add their input tell me about what you think the three best restaurants in Seattle are and why. What are the three best restaurants in Seattle?
So hard to choose!

1. Peaks frozen custard is the gem of the Roosevelt neighborhood. It's always inviting, and has a cozy vibe complete with a fireplace! The help is always friendly, and gets to know you if you frequent it quite a bit. They have lots of amazing flavors, but their vanilla is probably the best I have ever tasted. They also have sandwiches, salads, pasta salads, and kiches.

2. Sushi tengu is a conveyorbelt sushi place. It has less variety then it's more corporate counterpart Blue C Sushi, but the sushi is better the prices are better, and the atmosphere is nicer. I have friends from japan who frequent this place, and find the food very authentic. If you don't see something on the belt or on the menu, they often can make it for you if you ask.

3. West Seattle Bakery is an award winning bakery. It's not cheap, but the food is excellent, and the variety is great.
No disrespect but that's almost like asking which are the three best cities in the World. Perhaps you saw that the population of Seattle is a little over 600,000 and thought that a city that size cannot have too many good restaurants. The reality is that Seattle is surrounded by many smaller unincorporated cities and the population of "Greater Seattle" is in excess of four million. The population here is extremely diverse and we have really good, authentic, Asian Italian and Mexican restaurants as well as those from other cultures, such as Ethiopia. We live by the sea so seafood restaurants are popular. One of our popular seafood restaurants is called Anthony's Home Port. They have several locations in the area and most have tables overlooking the water, however, in my opinion, the food is usually average and grossly over priced. Ivar's is local favorite and has many locations with seafood at a decent price and is one of my favorites. There are many good restaurants on the Seattle waterfront. What are the three best restaurants in Seattle?
