Do international restaurants in China import their meat from the US or buy it from the chinese local market?

I don't fully trust the chinese local market when it comes to food stuff. What about international restaurants and Cafes in China such as AppleBee's, Mcdonald's, PapaJohn's etc? Do they buy their beef and chicken from the chinese local market?Do international restaurants in China import their meat from the US or buy it from the chinese local market?

No not from" local market" ex. Mc has it,s own farm or source of meet and vegetabkes but not from us
