For my sweet sixteen, I want to hold a party in a restaurant, but I am unsure how much it will cost to rent their party room with about 20-25 guests, located in Santana Row. If you could tell me the cost of the following restaurants: Straits Restaurant, Sino, Village California Bistro, and Citrus in Hotel Valencia! I'll give points for the Best Answer! Call and ask. You did not tell us what you want to eat, so you have to factor in that cost as well. Plus, with the hotel, you are going to have to deal with a person to sign a contract, so just initiate it all.How much do these restaurants charge for private parties?
I agree with D.A. It matters which resturant, what food, and how many people exactly. Im guessing about 250, including the food, but im not sure.
No one's going to know this off the top of their head. Call the restaurants you mentioned and ask the manager how much it would cost. He/she will want to know the date of the party, the exact number of people, and whether you want to do a buffet, a banquet style (where they can choose between two or three options), or you want them to be able to order off the menu. The costs will vary greatly depending on those things.
