What chain restaurants treat their employees well?

I refuse to tip the wait staff unless they did something out of the ordinary. With that being said, I also don't want to contribute to a restaurant which doesn't pay their employees an honest wage for the work they do.

What chain restaurants pay the best? Are there any? What chain restaurants treat their employees well?
I worked for a chain (J's) which is now defunct. They treated us well. But we worked for slave wages. They are so stingy with their money, unless you wanna waitress --they can make a load of money.
They all work pretty much the same, especially if we are talking chains like Applebees, Chili's, Olive Garden, Red Lobster, Cheesecake Factory, IHop, TGIF, Ruby Tuesday's, Red Robin, Quaker Steak %26amp; Lube, etc. Servers are paid the state minimum for servers which is about $2-$3. So what makes you think you are above these so-called restraurants that treat their emplyees badly when you refuse to even pay them at all?

EDIT: Cutspending aka Cheapskate, you just answered this question with an answer you posted earlier. Learn to come up with some new thoughts. "Going green" is a movement. Not tipping just because you don't feel like it is called being cheap. Learn the difference between the two. What chain restaurants treat their employees well?
davya85 asked: "So what makes you think you are above these so-called restraurants that treat their emplyees badly when you refuse to even pay them at all?" Well, davy, we aren't paying anyone because we didn't hire anyone. We're not above anyone. We all have a job to do. Some jobs are better than others. We've all had bad jobs and got out only to get better jobs later. I totally agree that we should all refuse to tip. I don't want to contribute either. It's not wrong to not tip. It's not a matter of respect. There's a movement going on now to not tip at all. It's not a requirement. It's voluntary. Just pay the bill and leave. And remember, figure tip BEFORE taxes -- not after. Even if I pay with a credit card, I guess I thought my dining partner said he/she was going to leave cash on the table, but if they didn't even say that, tough. There's a movement going on now to not leave tips, what with taxes and prices going up so high. People aren't leaving tips any more. Perhaps if you did something extraordinary for me, I'd leave one dollar.

Taxes went up higher. Menu prices have increased incredibly! That's where your tip money is going. We're not paying tips anymore. 15% was for excellent service and in a different day. Now, no tips. That's it.
it depends on where in the world you are......if your country has the fair tips policy then they will most likely be paying the staff a fair wage too.....watch out for the company's who offer the service of a tip on credit card service......they are the ones most likely to be paying their staff less as the tips contribute to the wages
SUSHI AWAJI they have really nice employees ive been there 3 times and the ladys are like " can i get u anything honey? u want ice tea? r u and ur girlfrends having fun honey? i be back in a minute enjoy ur meal honey " grreaatt, grreeaatt service. also mi cocina.. #1 i luvv mexican so muuuccchhh its RLLY GOOD mexican food. also i like it bc there service is pretty fast and they have really nice waiters. the only reason ther everr slow is bc its jam packed crowded bc its SOOO DARN AWESOMEE!!!!
You are not going to find a place that pays you over $3 an hr

but after you work at one you'll start tipping trust me

never apply at a place you didn't tip at
they all pay about the same, you may find one that pays a little more but I believe that depends on experience.
