I've never actually seen one, but on TV they show restaurants, mainly sushi places, that have a conveyor belt with food going along it. I wondered, how do they stop people from taking food and not paying? How is the food payed for?How do restaurants with conveyor belts stop people from stealing?
They count how many plates that the customers take. The food is divided into some category, and each category has the same price, and each category also use different plate for the owner to know how much the customers must pay for the food.
