How can i eat less at restaurants but still get that stuffed feeling?

How can i eat less at restaurants but still get that "stuffed" feeling . I want to be able to eat less food at a steak restaurant but still get that feeling where i cant eat anymore what are your tips?How can i eat less at restaurants but still get that stuffed feeling?
I would think that they would serve chicken. If you don't feel you have to have steak I would have that. I don't think I fully understand what you're trying to say? Do you want to feel full without overeating? There are several things that can contribute to feeling full. Water. Drink lots of water. Eat a salad with your steak. That honestly should make you feel more full.
That doesn't work. You get that stuffed feeling because you're stuffed. Eating this or that still means eating excessively. You should not eat till you're stuffed. The purpose of food is fuel and you should only stuff yourself when there might not be a chance for another meal anytime soon.How can i eat less at restaurants but still get that stuffed feeling?
You need to get your stomach acclimated to a reasonable amount of food. That means eating regular healthy sized meals at the same times every day. Do that on a regular basis and then when you go out on occasion, you will feel very full with less food.
My favorite steak place gives us free bread, so we always get an extra order of that. You'll feel full for a longer time if you eat more protein. Maybe get a dozen wings and a salad. Doesn't sound like a lot but it's very satisfying because it's low carb.
Order hot soup for a starter or drink at least one cup of hot coffee before your meal arrives. Hot liquids tend to fill you up..
Learn to cook at home, it is far cheaper for you and probably healthier.
drink a glass of milk before you leave home then at the restaurant drink several glasses of water
Chicken salads and lots of water does it for me.
