What are some nice waterside restaurants and anchorages in the SF Bay and California Delta?

I just bought my first boat. 2001 28 foot Bayliner. I'm trying to find beaches, anchorages and waterside restaurants to go to. What are some nice waterside restaurants and anchorages in the SF Bay and California Delta?
anchor --richardson bay sausilito very flat and quiet, easy anchor, only 10 feet deep no rocks flat bottom.and just around the corner from Sam's in tiburon.. dont spend the nite at tiburon --when the tide turns does some very wiked things and your 28 will dance around like crazy.---richardson bay lazy anchor -no work at all.
Restaurants and access:

- Sam's in Tiburon - boat accessible - free dock - crowded but fun

- Jack London Square in Oakland - boat accessible %26amp; free docks.

- Pier 1 1/2 on the Embarcadero - north of the Ferry Building - free dock

- The Ramp at SF Boatworks

- Pier 39 - guest docks $

- and others ....



Anchorages:

- Angel Island

- Clipper Cove

- China Beach

- many others ...
