What are some good themes for restaurants?

I want a lot of different themes for restaurants because i am thinking of opening a new restaurant but I just can't think of any themes my restaurant would be good for.

Thanks in advance!!!What are some good themes for restaurants?
Themes for restaurants are always a bad idea, all that you need is good quality local food, nice friendly staff, good location and a lot of experience in the hospitality industry.
A classy romantic theme. Everyday, some guy/girl is trying to pick a nice place that's the epitome of a "romantic enviornment," but make it simple. Play nice music like "Manha De Carnival" or "Apelo" (these are just my preferences.) As for the look and feel of the restaurant, have like creme walls with a good amount of dark wood. I think it'll give it a nice european feel. Make the employee's dress nice? Like black and white semi-formal? Serve nice domestic and international wine? And use a nice typeface for your restaurant, like a clean classy sans-serif or a simple script typeface like Edwardian Script. Have a good portion of small tables for the "dates" who want to dine close to eachother, but this is all in my preference. Maybe we have the same taste in style? Who knows? Oh and don't forget to dim the lights down a bit. Maybe some candles on the table. No one likes to eat under searchlights. What are some good themes for restaurants?
Hippy/vegetarian/Midsommer night's dream - you could call it 'The Garden of Eating' (a twist on the garden of eden).

Morrocan/middle eastern - belly dancers on weekends.

Hot pot - like shabu shabu where you cook your own meat/vegies in the boiling soup on your table (you're a restauranteur, I'm sure you know what shabu shabu is).
this would mainly depend on the food you offer at your future restaurant.....i cant think of any rite now....srry

anyhow good luck w/ ur restaurant. Tell me the name of the restaurant and the location and i mite drop by sometime
Cant think of one but can't help thinking is this a good time to open a resturant?
What are you cooking? whats on the menu?...I like the name Hidden Cove or Mystery meats the Plate.
The one thing people are ALWAYS in the mood for, a comfort food place!
