I graze during the week day due to stress, mostly. On the weekends, I eat out with friends to calorie laden restaurants. How bad is that?How bad is it to only really eat on the weekends, and expensive restaurants at that?
You definitely want to try to eat during the week as many small meals as possible, ideally around 5 small meals daily, even if it's only an apple and some cheese or something. If you only eat calorie laden foods 2 times a week, your metabolism will slow. That's bad news. Here's some good advice, eat a little bit before you go out to eat so you're less hungry and spend less! That really helps me! Expensive and calorie-laden aren't quite the same. The nice restaurants I go to are the healthy, farm-fresh ingredient types.
It's not good, either way. Your body needs nutrition every day.
