What are the most popular Chinese restaurants in England?

Im doing a project for school on Chinese cuisine. What are some of the popular Chinese restaurants in England? And names of some traditional Chinese dishes?

Thanks in advance.What are the most popular Chinese restaurants in England?
Oh hmm I know some in Manchester :D

Yang Sing (in Chinatown)

Glamorous (Above Wing Yip chinese grocery store)

Those two are the only ones I ever go to and they're the biggest and most popular in the area I guess. There are loads of other smaller restaurants around the area also, but they're not as nice in appearance and quality and stuff %26gt;_%26lt;

Some traditional dishes umm... Peking Duck, ...err Dimsum, char siu rice, steamed buns, gah... I don't know really know the names or how to write em lol and I'm not sure if these are quite so traditional sorry x__x

Oh! Traditional food at weddings... hmm I know some(which I don't actually eat haha):

Shark fin soup, Roasted suckling pig, lobster and crab, some sort of steamed fish, red bean soup(a sweet dessert kind)

...Wagamama's is Japanese lol xD
