I want to know what restaurant you work at and what are the benefits/stipulations. Such as tip share, side work, schedule flexibility, etc. I currently work at Hooters in PA and they take so much money from us in tip share, make us pay for silverware each shift, won't let us get discounts on food, etc. I'm getting fed up and want to know some good restaurants to try out.
