Where does the fish originate from for the sushi restaurants in Toronto?

During this horrible oil spill crisis, the question comes to mind, where is the fish coming from in Toronto's sushi restaurants? Is there any source for finding this out? It's not even safe to eat fish from the Atlantic at this time.Where does the fish originate from for the sushi restaurants in Toronto?
Most is from the Pacific, fresh tuna may come from off the coast of Nova Scotia and PEI, salmon is mostly farm raised atlantic salmon, the rest is from the Pacific Ocean, I worked in the hotel and restaurant business for quite awhile and not much fresh product comes from the Gulf of Mexico area this time of year, even oyster and crabs are from the west coast or down around the US east coast, Maryland, Georgia and Virginia.Where does the fish originate from for the sushi restaurants in Toronto?
The sea.
