What kind of beef patties do fast food restaurants use?

I bought 91% lean 1/4 lb package of beef patties, 180 cals. What type of 1/4 lb patty do fast food restaurants use?

Is it lean at all or does most of the fat drain off. How much fat typically comes off or drains away when you cook the patty? What kind of beef patties do fast food restaurants use?
"Wilder-beast" meat...It is cheaper......%26gt;:)
At most fast food joints.... the meat is already cooked and they just place it in the microwave or throw it on a grill for a minute. Hence.... fast, fast food. How long did it take you to make your burger at home???What kind of beef patties do fast food restaurants use?
Cheap poorly slauterd meat. Look up Shapiro meat packing. New Your times wrote a 5 page article on the disgusting conditions in the meat packing process. I will never eat meat again. Yes, there is fecal matter in the meat. YUCK!!!
The cheapest that they can get to maximize profits.
USDA Choice and Prime, as least, the big ones do.
frozen yucky beef.....
