How do these three fast food restaurants do their burgers?

I'm doing a school project on which burgers have the most grease out of McDonalds, Burger King, and Wendys. If any of you people out there work at any of these restaurants, or just know how they fry their ORIGINAL burgers, please list how. Thanks!How do these three fast food restaurants do their burgers?
BK would be eliminated because they flame broil their burgers, not fry.

McD's uses frozen, less grease

Wendy's uses fresh, more grease

they cook it well
they cook it nicely.
Burger King is grill. Most of the grease is gone. McDonalds %26amp; Wendys Is fried where the grease stays. The one I say with the most grease is Wendy's. Just my opinion.
