What would be some good restaurants to go to in Los Angeles that aren't too expensive?

What are some nice places to go to for a new year's eve dinner that aren't overly expensive? I'm looking at restaurants either in Los Angeles or the valley (North Hollywood %26amp; Sherman Oaks).

Thanks for your suggestions. What would be some good restaurants to go to in Los Angeles that aren't too expensive?
There is Ernie's Mexican Restaurant on Lankershim in North Hollywood, its very good and not expensive, and on Friday nights they have live music. There is also Eclectic Cafe also on Lankersim in North Hollywood. In Sherman Oaks there are tons and tons of good restaurants, Spumoni on Ventura (Italian). The Cheesecake Factory at the Sherman Oaks Galleria. Also at the galleria, is the El Torito Grill. Just drive down Ventura Blvd and you will find so great places. Have fun!!!!

McDonalds! =D
Jazz on over to the Jazz Kitchen, a savvy representation of New Orleans鈥?dual legacies 鈥?food and music- served up in a whimsical setting depicting the charm, ambience and hospitality of historic and contemporary New Orleans. Located in Downtown Disney庐 District, Jazz Kitchen offers guests live jazz favorites and the chance to dance the night away as they take pleasure in the spicy menu full of taste and flavor. Dishes such as the crescent city crab cakes, a JK favorite, served with cajun rice and homemade creole mayonnaise and cocktail sauce, scrumptious smoked bbq pizza pie, or even a hearty bistro burger are JK specialties. The Jazz Kitchen is a festive and exciting place to take friends and family. Some other good choices can be found at:

Kassava (DELICIOUS!!), you should really try it. It'll take you about 25 mins to get there. It's on 3rd St. The best Caribbean food EVER %26amp; really affordable. I recommend curry or jerk chicken.
