Are TX restaurants responsible for providing nutritional information on their food that they serve?

What about local restaurants? Do they need to have it in the restaurant or is it ok just to have it online? If they don't can they get in trouble? Are TX restaurants responsible for providing nutritional information on their food that they serve?
Right now in Texas it is voluntary. A lot of places due it because of the pressure their customers put on them and if they do they put it online because you are more likely to eat the item and then look it up later. Are TX restaurants responsible for providing nutritional information on their food that they serve?
no they are not required to have it, cannot get in trouble
