What are your favorite Disney World Restaurants and why?

Also, are there any restaurants that you recommend avoiding? Do you have to tell your server that you are on the dining plan or do they ask? Thanks ahead of time for your help!What are your favorite Disney World Restaurants and why?
Before ordering you hand the server your resort card. After the meal the server gives you a receipt which tells you balance....



Boma at Animal Kingdom lodge is my personal fav.

Try to avoid Crystal palace at the MK food is not that great. way to much chaos. Character breakfast at Cape May is good.
they'll ask u if ur on the dining plan when they take ur drink order. they'll explain what you can get w/ the plan. My favs are:

Polynesian OHana dinner

Sci FI at MGM

50s Prime Time MGM

Boma breakfast buffet



I havent found a place i didnt like, if i had to choose i'd say Crystal Palace dinner/lunch just b/c we didnt prefer the food like salmon, couscous, etc.What are your favorite Disney World Restaurants and why?
I like the pastries at the Norway pavilion, and the restaurant next to the "Pirates" ride is decent.



Its always a good idea, no matter where you are dining, to tell your sever things like that ahead of time.
As a local I have three favorite places that I frequently visit. Artist Palate at The Wilderness Lodge (upscale but great salmon) Kimonos at the Swan and Dolphin (sushi/ karaoke bar) Wolfgang Pucks at Downtown Disney.
I would recommend the German restaurant. The German food buffet was great, and the beer equally as good. They had a show while we ate and got everyone to hold up their beer mugs and cheer. It was fun.
I definitely say i like Rainforest Cafe because they have really cool graphics and things
A one you should dfinetly avoid is the moracan resturant in epcot
