What are some generally healthy chain restaurants?

Now that chain restaurants must list their calorie amounts next to meals, they shock me at how unhealthy they are. Are there any chains that are relatively good for you, or at least have a decent amount of healthy options? What are some generally healthy chain restaurants?
Well, I'm a big fan of salads and SaladWorks always seems to have some good options and it's always really filling. Just watch out for all those creamy dressings! Try it with some low-fat italian or balsamic vinagerette. Adding fruit to it always makes a dry salad good too. I also like Subway . The key is to watch out for those condiments and high-fat add ons like cheese and mayo. With the restaurants as opposed to fast food, you really want to watch out for portions because the portions they give you are out of proportion. Look for those things that are grilled and don't have heavy sauces. Instead of going for the potatoes, go for the steamed veggies. Cut the meat's in half also, and really hone in on those veggies! Hope this helps a little...I know its hard eating out and trying to eat healthy. I've been watching what I've been eating since I was in middle school. However, don't forget to splurge! You are allowed to treat yourself once in a while lol.
Basically anywhere offers healthy choices now as long as you look up the calories before hand and find out how healthy your selections are. As a rule places like the pita pit or subway will always have a full range of healthy food. What are some generally healthy chain restaurants?
Chick-Fil-A. All of their sandwiches are under 500 calories. But keep in mind that is without fries or milkshakes. They have a ton of calories.
There's a chili's in southaven that has a weight watchers menu that u might like
McDonalds.
Subway, depending on what you order though.
