How come in chinese restaurants the cooks are always latin people?

I been to alot of chinese restaurants and the cooks tend to be latin and the waiters are asian.Has anyone notice this too?How come in chinese restaurants the cooks are always latin people?
What does it matter who cooks it as long as the recipe is Chinese and it doesn't taste like Mexican food, but it's probably because they can pay them less.
It's partly a result of ripple effects and partly because many Hispanics are natural cooks. I'd say in over 70% of commercial kitchens in the US you can find Latino workers cooking, they do have a culinary talent. At the same time many of these Hispanics are illegal immigrants, Chinese restaurateurs are more welcoming to them because most of the owners are willing to pay them without having to put them on the official payroll. These Hispanics all have circle of friends and relatives back in mostly Mexico and Central America who are walking across the border into the US all the time, the new comers always first go to the restaurants where their friends and relatives are working to look for work and very often they all end up working for the same owners or within the same group of businesses. Latinos demand less pay than Chinese workers, while they are also stockier.

The waiters remain Asians in order to maintain an Asian flair and ambience within the restaurant. The owners also don't want to entrust most Latinos with anything that has to do with money. How come in chinese restaurants the cooks are always latin people?
so many illegal latin people drive the market price down, they get paid less by their chinese boss.
